Meditation with Hari Das

STILL YOUR MIND! Tame those annoying thoughts, thoughts, thoughts!!!!!!!!!

Hari Das is a "regular" at Satya!

Join us the last Sunday of the month - next session is November 30 - when he comes to our center to lead us in meditation and spiritual teaching.

Hari Das has been studying, practicing and teaching meditation since 1976, and has been a resident at the Vivekananda Monastery in Ganges, MI since 1994. To learn more about the Monastary, click here: http://www.vedantasociety-chicago.org/ganges_hist.htm

He will speak on meditation techniques & styles, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the Bhagavad Gita and the yoga sutras, followed by a guided meditation. We will conclude with a question and answer session.

Hari Das is a firm advocate of meditation, and agrees it is life changing. "Not only does it relieve stress and angst of the mind and body, it also clears the mind for absolute awareness, and is truly essential to every day living."

Peace to you.
