The Adventure Club runners were “dead” after running the trails at Saugatuck Dunes State Park on a hot and humid July afternoon. The three “M’s”, Marylynn, Michele and Maryann decided the “Corpse Pose” in the gravel parking lot would be the perfect ending to a perfect run, while Teresa "stretched out" (her words -- really she took a nap!!) in the back of Michele's Subaru! Teresa took this picture and vowed to kill the three M’s if they hadn’t already died on their own, for taking her on such a grueling adventure.The Adventure Club is a group of enthusiasts - led by coach Marylynn - who do it ALL! Running, biking, walking, hiking, swimming, yoga, boot camp. Circuit training is an awesome way to have FUN (never boring!) and get in shape.
